The Farm at Water’s Edge 4-H program gives youth the opportunity to engage with livestock, gardening, and environmental topics in a supportive, collaborative community. Youth and families attend monthly club meetings and weekly project meetings to learn from each other and volunteer experts. We have seven project areas at the farm: Gardening, Alpacas/Llamas, Goats, Chickens, Rabbits, Entomology, and Nutrition. Youth pick a project to focus on for the year, doing hands-on activities and learning new skills and knowledge related to their interests.
